Reception/Waiting area will only entertain guests at 1pm onwards but earlier than that is not recommended.

This was implemented so that guests wont have to wait long, for the privacy of the guests that are currently checked in and to give time for our staff to prepare and sanitize the area.

Accommodation:
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Early check in is not ALLOWED.
Prohibited drugs, deadly weapons, firearms are extremely prohibited.
PAYMENTS upon check in. 1000Php deposit will be collected upon check-in which is refunded during check-out.
Only two sets of toiletries are provided in each room.

Guests are required to pay deposit for any item they will borrow from the resort.

Kitchen and Utensils
“A minimal fee of 50Php for Corkage per head is required if you will bring outside food. This Corkage fee is Consumable/can be used to purchase on our restaurant.”

300Php Fee will be collected if you wish to cook on our resort using our outdoor kitchen which has stove and grill
200Php Fee will be required for electronic appliances
Everyone must bring their own Pot (Kaldero) or Frying pan, plate and other kitchen utensils. This is done as part of precautionary measures for COVID-19,
Cooking inside our rooms are PROHIBITED

Pool and Beach Area Rules
Our life guard on duty is until 10PM only. If you wish to swim on our swimming pool beyond that time it is required that you are not alone or have someone to accompany you.
All children must be supervised at all times.
No food or drinks are allowed on our pool area.
No Diving
Sea access will be closed around 6pm for everyone’s safety.
Life vest is required for every water activities.

No Cancellation Policy, No-Show & Short Stay

Guests are allowed to rebook their reservation up to 7 days prior to the original booking date. If a rebooking is requested within this timeframe, the reservation can be rescheduled without any penalty or forfeiture. However, if a rebooking is requested within 6 days or less of the original booking date, or the guest didn’t show-up on the reservation date, the reservation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, the guest will not be able to reschedule their reservation. Rebooking date is only allowed up to 6 months since the original booking date. Promos and discounts are not applicable to rebooking whatever the case maybe. Please note that the availability of alternative dates for rebooking is subject to the availability of the property or service being reserved. Guests are advised to contact the appropriate booking agent or service provider as soon as possible to initiate the rebooking process within the permitted time frame.

When opting for a downgrade, the down payment will solely cover the downgraded room, and any surplus will be forfeited.
*Please note that changing the number of rooms in a booking to a smaller number is considered a cancellation.
